1. How long can I expect to wait for my number plates?

We aim to dispatch your plates the same day the order is placed. You can expect to receive your plates in 2 - 3 working days.

2. Can I supply my own artwork / design?

If you don't see a badge, background image to your needs we will be more than happy to receive your very own design and add it to your plates. You can do this by calling the sales team or sending the image by email.

Please supply your image to us in one of the following formats : png / gif / jpg / pdf / ai / eps.
Please ensure that your artwork/image is no greater than 1 meg in size.

3. Will my number plates arrive pre-drilled?

No we do not offer this service as different vehicles have their very own screw holes. We always recommend that you use the sticky pads that come free with every order.

4. How long do I have to cancel my order?

Number plates are a bespoke item and are made especially for you and nobody else. Pro Plates try to ensure that we keep our customers happy with quick delivery times, Because of this it is not possible to cancel or amend an order which has been placed on either the internet or the telephone.

Please ensure that all details are correct before placing the order.

5. Will you make plates with an illegal spacing?

We will do this for you but be advised, the plates will be supplied to you strictly for off-road/show use only.
